Chris earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with an emphasis in Bioengineering and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles, CA. He has authored numerous Wall Street sell-side and scientific publications.

Through the years Hershel has remained active in No Mayo, an organization he founded in 1990 that supports music education in public schools. While at No Mayo, he secured corporate partnerships, and oversaw the organization's donations to public high schools in San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York City. Partnership highlights included: Sony Music Alliance Capital & Booz Allen Hamilton. Hershel has a B.S. in Business and English from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY.
joins Blueprint after spending the past five years on Wall Street where she spearheaded Piper Jaffray's efforts around healthcare IPOs and follow-on offerings as the firm's Vice President, Healthcare Specialist based in New York City. Prior to that, Laura served as Vice President on Leerink Swann's Institutional Sales Team, focused on the build-out of Leerink's international footprint. Laura began her career at Bear Stearns as an Associate within equity research in the HCIT and pharma distribution spaces. She holds the Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 licenses. Laura earned a B.A. in Sociology from Princeton University, where she was a sprinter on the indoor and outdoor track and field teams and a contributing writer to the Daily Princetonian.

Over the past eight years, Candice has acquired diverse experience working within media and non-profit sectors in the United States and her home country of Brazil. Previously, Candice supported the design and marketing efforts for Spin Media and has served as an event coordinator for California based non-profit organizations. Prior to that, she was a marketing manager for a local Brazilian boutique; as well as a marketing associate at Simas Industrial de Alimentos SA, where she coordinated the production of commercials and drafted key sales and marketing collateral material. Candice holds a BA in Communications from Universidade Potiguar (Natal, Brazil) and is the recipient of several national awards for her academic work in Brazilian advertising.

Over the past twelve years, Maged has served in senior level positions at JP Morgan, UBS and Stifel Nicolaus as a biotechnology equity research analyst covering a broad range of small and large cap companies. Maged started his sell-side career with Citigroup and Bear Stearns where his coverage universe focused on U.S and European pharmaceutical companies. Before entering Wall Street, Maged was a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Pharmaceutical Consulting practice and also spent time in pharmaceutical sales, having worked as a hospital representative and managed care specialist for Abbott Laboratories Pharmaceutical Products Division. Maged earned a B.S. in Pharmacy from St. John's University and is a registered pharmacist in New Jersey and California. He also received an M.B.A from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
